Privacy Policy
Your privacy comes first. MySelf Fitness was built so you can track your progress without handing over your personal information. The app requires no account, stores all of your data locally on your device, and does not sell or share your information with anyone.
1 — Who We Are
MySelf Fitness is an iOS application developed and operated by Julio Ortega ("we," "us," or "our"). For any questions about this Privacy Policy or how the app handles your information, you can reach us at cashpai@gmail.com.
2 — Information We Collect
MySelf Fitness does not require an account, and we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on our servers. Everything you enter into the app — including your fitness logs, body measurements, progress photos, and body scans — is stored entirely on your iPhone.
3 — Camera & Body Scanning
MySelf Fitness uses your device's camera only for the body scanning feature, which helps you capture and track physical measurements over time. Camera access is requested at the moment you choose to perform a scan and is granted by you through the standard iOS permission prompt.
4 — Subscriptions & Payments
MySelf Fitness offers two subscription plans:
All purchases, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are processed by Apple StoreKit through your Apple ID. We do not see, collect, or store your payment information — Apple handles every step of that transaction.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by opening the Settings app on your iPhone → tapping your name → Subscriptions → MySelf Fitness. For details about how Apple handles your payment data, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.
5 — Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone. Because your data lives on your device, there is nothing for us to share. We do not run advertising networks, broker data, or pass information to third-party marketers.
The only information that flows outside the app is the standard subscription metadata that Apple needs in order to process your purchase, which is governed by Apple's own privacy practices.
6 — Data Retention & Deletion
Because all of your fitness data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by clearing it from within the app or by uninstalling MySelf Fitness from your device. Once the app is removed, your local data is removed along with it.

7 — Children's Privacy
MySelf Fitness is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the app collects no personal information at all, this restriction is structural — but we want to be explicit about it.
8 — Security
Your data inherits the security of your iPhone. We rely on iOS sandboxing, your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID to protect the information stored within the app. We recommend keeping your iOS version up to date and using a strong device passcode.
9 — Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated within the app or on this page before they take effect.
10 — Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. Because MySelf Fitness does not collect or store your personal information off-device, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our side.
